Outseen provides AWS cost monitoring and approval workflow services. Our platform monitors AWS resource creation, estimates costs, and facilitates approval workflows for your organization's cloud spend management.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring compliance with AWS acceptable use policies
- Notifying us of any unauthorized access immediately
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to AWS accounts
- Interfere with the proper operation of our service
- Resell or redistribute our service without written permission
5. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.
6. Billing and Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Pricing is based on your selected plan and AWS spend under management.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
OUTSEEN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
